Yes. In order to have access to MLS and use the Realtor name and logos all Bruckman Realty agents must join the one of the local Realtor Associations we are affiliated with in South and Central Florida.

Yes, we are a paperless office. If you prefer to bring documents into the office, we will migrate them to paperless form for you.

If using our preferred title company to close your transaction and all documents are provided prior to closing, you will get your commission at closing. If using an outside title company, we issue commission checks within 2 business days of funds clearance and verification that transaction documents are complete.

You pay for your first month by credit card on the day you sign up, then your credit card will automatically be charged once a month on the same day every month.
